Homemade Banana Ice Cream

This is a quick and easy way to make ice cream at home, this is a dairy free version.

Ingredients: 4-5 ripe bananas 200 ml coconut milk, or milk of your preference. 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of peanut butter Chocolate chips Mixed walnuts Steps: Freeze the bananas (peeled and sliced).

Put them in a container with a lid and place it in the freezer for a few hours. The bananas must be frozen in order to make the ice cream. Then put the frozen bananas in a blender. Add sugar, you can dilute the sugar if you want it to be less sweet, try little by little as ripe bananas tend to be sweet. Mix well with milk. Add the peanut butter until the ice cream has a creamy texture. In this step you can add a few chocolate chips to the mix. It can be served freshly done like this, or place it in the freezer a few hours in a tightly covered container before serving. This will give it a creamy texture, much like a store-bought ice cream. At the time of serving you can decorate with the chocolate chips and mixed nuts.
