Tofu Scramble

I had never eaten Tofu, but my daughter Natyia told me about it and I became curious. She said it was was easy to prepare and delicious. So I decided to do the homework to it and prepare a Tofu scramble. As such, Tofu does not have much flavor, the trick is in the spices and ingredients that you use when preparing it. Tofu is a food of oriental origin that is prepared with seeds of soups, water, and solidified or coagulant. Tofu is used as a nutrient for soy protein, it is recommended to consume to reduce blood cholesterol. Its texture is similar to that of a creamy white cheese. You should always consult your doctor if it's your first time consuming the product or have questions regarding your health and the product, in general.



1 to 1/2 onion 2-3 cloves of garlic 2 carrots 1 red pepper 1 yellow or green pepper. A splash of of Olive Oil 3-4 ounces of mushrooms or white mushrooms 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Of species or marinade 12-14 ounces of Tofu

Optional- Add 2 handfuls of spinach



In a pan with olive oil, sauté for 5 minutes: onion, carrot, garlic and peppers, chopped into small pieces.

Now let's add the mushrooms, marinade or spices and turmeric and saute for 5 more minutes.

Crumble the tofu with a fork or hands. We add it to the pan so that it has the flavor of the ingredients we have in the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.

At this time he adds spinach if he decides to eat it with her.

Now you can serve it on the plate, you can also make a burrito with the mixture.
