Para Kito, an all natural remedy
Between the heat and humidity in Florida mosquitoes are always something to look out for when stepping outside. Some people have better luck than others and get little to no bites. My kids and I however, aren't as lucky. I've never been a fan of the traditional repellents advertised and sold in stores mainly because of all the chemicals that are contained in the spray bottles. In my experience, they have not been effective either.
Our family recently discovered PARA KITO, a natural mosquito repellent that comes in the form of a gel. The gel is made in the country of France. It's made up with essential oils like Citronella, Rosemary, Geranium, Mint, Clove, and Peppermint along with other natural ingredients. The gel works as a barrier and a mask. To apply, simply shake the applicator and roll on exposed areas such as the neck, arms, and legs.
Once applied, the natural oils are released into the air making it much harder for mosquitoes to find you. The product claims to work for up to five hours. The first time I tested it I applied it around 2 pm and attended an outdoor concert from 7 pm to 10 pm (without a second application) and after being exposed to the outdoors I was not bite by mosquitoes...neither were my kids.
The benefits of the PARA KITO roll-on applicator includes all natural ingredients, an easy application without the mess of over-spray and dripping, and it lasts up to five hours (in my case- it lasted about 8 hours). As for the features it comes in travel-size (.67 oz) and includes a lanyard which makes it easier to hold or find in your purse.
The PARA KITO is great for on the go and outdoor adventures. You can find yours here!
